Audacia pipelay vessel arrives in Russia to build Turkish Stream

On the 4th of May, Audacia pipe laying vessel belonging to Allseas company has arrived in Anapa, a town in the Krasnodar region, Russia, located on the northern coast of the Black Sea.




We should remind you that Allseas signed a contract with Gazprom gas holding for the construction of a gas pipeline under the Black Sea within the framework of Turkish Stream project.

In this regard, Russian media reported that Chairman of Gazprom’s Board of Directors, Alexey Miller, informed Russian President Vladimir Putin about the start of construction of the pipeline’s offshore section with a length of 900 km.

Audacia vessel with a length of 225 meters and a width of 32.3 meters was built in 2005 and registered in Malta.
