A hotel for 500 rooms is planned to be built within the Pyatnitskoe Shosse transfer hub, first deputy director general for development at JSC Mosinzhproekt Albert Suniev told Interfax news agency on Wednesday.
“Within the Pyatnitskoe Shosse transfer hub, a hotel complex with an area of about 35,000 square meters and approximately 500 rooms, as well as on-site parking for 56 cars is planned to be built. This lot will be put on auction in the near future, with starting price of 85,2 million rubles ($1,5 million – editor’s note)”, Mr. Tuniev said.
He added that over the course of 6 years of leasing the land plot, which is allotted for construction, an investor may pay 602 million rubles to the city budget.
“At the same time, according to preliminary estimates, investment in the construction will amount to 1,7 billion rubles ($30 million)”, Mr. Tuniev specified.
