Japanese partners will build in the Russian city of Voronezh the country’s first “smart house”.
According to principal of the Voronezh State University, Sergei Kolodyazhny, the “smart house” will be located in the vicinity of the institution’s hall of residence.
The opening of the facility is scheduled for late summer of this year. At present, the work on laying foundation has been completed and builders have proceeded with the basic part of construction activities.
