The Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee has examined the construction of a multifunctional complex, the “Hua Ming Park” Chinese Business Center, located in the northeast of Moscow.
As Construction.ru was told today by the Committee’s press office, the object is being built at Wilhelm Pieck Street, 14. At present, bored piles are being installed at the construction site.
As a result of the inspection, violations in the area of construction quality and the culture of production have been revealed. In particular, there are dire errors of closure on the bored piles welding, in disregard of construction rules and regulations requirements, and no concrete strength statement for a “slurry wall” has been submitted.
Besides this, neither a certificate of approval nor a radiation security certificate was secured by the contractor. The Committee has issued a timetable for rectification of the violations.
The construction of the “Hua Ming Park” Chinese Business Center, with an area of 100,000 m2, is expected to be completed by 2017. The complex includes a 22-storey building, a 12-storey apartment hotel, a 4-storey general services building and a 21-storey office building.
