Despite the image of Dubai as an expensive metropolis, first-class real estate in the Emirate is one of the most spacious and inexpensive among comparable world centers.
Elite housing here is almost 40% cheaper than in Singapore and 50% less expensive compared to Moscow or Paris, according to a report by Core Savills.
As a result, one can pay for similar housing in Dubai almost three times less than in New York or London. And the area of many facilities is much larger. For example, for $1 million one can buy elite apartments with an area of 150 square meters in the Emirate, compared with 90 square meters in Singapore, 78 square meters in Moscow, 52 square meters in London and 23 square meters in Hong Kong.
