2,7 million square meters of new objects have been put into operation over the course of eight months in the year 2016, what is 60% more compared to the similar period of the last year.
As the press office of the Moscow regional construction complex told Construction.RU on Tuesday, the major portion of the commissioned objects belong to the logistics segment, what accounts for 39% of a total amount or equals 1,07 million square meters.
The industrial facilities of a total volume of 467,100 square meters are ranked second. 334,700 square meters of new objects are put into operation in the retail property market, whereas 240,100 square meters account for offices.
