According to the territory planification of the Kosino-Ukhtomsky District of Moscow, 1,7 million square meters of real estate are planned to be constructed.
The corresponding document was published on the official website of the Moscow City Architecture Committee.
The project covers partially built-up area of 171,6 hectares located between the streets of Nikolay Starostin, Saltykovskaya, Bolshaya Kosinskaya. 970,000 square meters of housing, 682,000 square meters of non-residential facilities and 63,000 square meters of education facilities are expected to be erected there, the statement reads.
Apart from that, an aqua park, a culture center and sports facilities are planned to be built on this territory.
