As local media reported, the RF Minister for North Caucasus affairs, Lev Kuznetsov, was present at the ceremony of the laying of the foundations of the modern structure. It will be a multifunctional building. Its construction is being financed at the expense of private investors. The project monitor is State Duma Deputy Adam Delimkhanov. On the same day, the Akhmat Kadyrov Public Foundation organized a charity event in which 11 families in difficult circumstances received flats.
We remind you that Akhmat-Hadji Kadyrov was elected President of the Chechen Republic in 2003. On May 9th, 2004, Kadyrov perished as the result of an act of violence at Dynamo stadium in Grozny, where a concert dedicated to Victory Day was taking place.
