Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobianin has kicked off the sale of the southern part of the ZIL territory over an area of 109 hectares.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the Moscow government, Sergei Sobyanin stressed the attractiveness of the ZIL territory for investors. “I hope the area will include housing construction and will also become a ground for the creation of new jobs”, the Mayor said.
The land in the southern part of the ZIL territory is currently occupied by 1,558,000 m2 of premises. The total area of the above-ground capital housing construction objects is to cover no less than 1,111,000 m2.
Recreational objects, schools and nursery schools, polyclinics, etc will be constructed on the 13 hectare site. The choice of investor will be carried out on a competitive basis. The primary cost is 14.37 bln rubles. Claims are being received until November 12th, 2015.
