Lapino-Spasskoye manor located in Moscow regional Korolyovo is planned to be involved in economic turnover until the end of this year.
For this purpose, the local authorities are searching for investors, the press office of the Property Relations Ministry of the Moscow region said on Friday.
According to Deputy Head of the Property Relations Ministry of the Moscow region, Vyacheslav Imangulov, the manor’s building might be exploited as a cultural and social object. At the same time, the municipal authorities claim that there are all necessary conditions to establish a cultural and recreational or a sports facility on a basis of the manor.
Investor will have to reconstruct the building’s exterior, whereas internal layout might be altered for present-day use. Potential investors should ask for consultations in the Culture Committee of Korolyov city administration.
