A Chinese company has offered to construct a modern IT park for 2 bln rubles.
As the director of “Technopark Yakutiya”, Anatoly Semenov, told journalists, the investor have claimed 20,000 square meters for the territory of the future IT park. The construction will cost 2 bln rubles - the previously claimed sum was 1.2 bln rubles. Design estimation documentation will be ready in spring, 2016. The Chinese party intends to complete the construction of the building in 2018. To remind you, the agreement between the Chinese “Hua Tsing Ang Tsu” and “Technopark Yakutiya” was signed at the Eastern Economic Forum.
The park will include plants working in the field of bio-, nano- IT- and cryo-technologies. Besides this, there will be commercial organizations, banks, congress halls and restaurants in the buildings of the technopark.
