Since the beginning of 2015 the total volume of offices on the Moscow market has increased by 2.8% to 420,000 m2.

As the NAI Becar agency reports, at the end of the 3rd quarter of 2015 the total volume of offices on the Moscow market was almost 15.4m m2. According to NAI Becar, almost 14.14m m2 are of A, B or B+ class. Thus, in July to September the market grew by 1.2%. Only 43% of office realty was put in operation in the 3rd quarter.
NAI Becar remarks that three large-scale deals were closed in the 3rd quarter of 2015. Investment foundation Heitman sold two towers of the IFC ‘Metropolis’, one of which was bought by Hines Russia & Poland Fund, the other by the Russian/Chinese investment foundation, ‘RCIF’.
The third deal was the purchase of the ‘Zarechye’ business center from ICT Holding by the O1 Properties investment company via the additional issuing of shares from O1 Properties, which passed into the ownership of ICT Holding Ltd.
