Moscow authorities are selling a residential house near Preobrazhenskaya Square metro station.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the Department of Competitive Policy, the house is located at Suvorovskaya Street 2/1, build. 2. Its total area is 4,400 square meters. The reserve price at auction is 458.6m rubles with an advance payment of 91.7 m rubles. A purchase–sale contract will be concluded with the buyer.
According to the contract, the current owner of the building – SUE Mosremont - will carry out repair work over three years from the conclusion of the agreement. The new owner will then receive the refurbished house.
Claims for participation in the tender are being received until January 25th, 2016. The open auction will be held on January 29th.
