A high-rise building at Novy Arbat, 15 is being auctioned.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of the department of competition policy, the auction is set to happen on February 9th, 2016. The initial price is 2.42 bln rubles. There are 28 non-residential premises with a total area of more than 28,900 m2 in the 26-storey building constructed in 1968.
To remind you, the auction is being held for the second time under due consideration of the interests of the owner and potential buyers. For this, the area of the premises had been specified, and the initial price has decreased by 360m rubles.
