More than 9m m2 of real estate, including 3.5m m2 of housing, has been built in Moscow in 2015.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobianin spoke about this at the capital government presidium sitting. In spite of bad prognoses, investment volume in the city has not decreased. Half of the realty is being built within the complex territory development and industrial zone renovation, he said.
The Deputy Mayor for construction and urban development, Marat Khusnullin, told journalists that in 2015 Moscow authorities granted permission for the construction of 9.4m m2 of realty. Permission for the construction of 32m m2 is valid in the city.
