A “Metro Cash and Carry” hypermarket has started construction in Arkhangelsk near the Talazhskoye highway.
As the regional press office told Construction.ru, investment in the construction work will cost 1 bln rubles. The builders are now working on the pile foundation. The connections to electric and sewage networks have already been made.
The trade and logistics center is to be put in operation at the end of this year. Associated production will be developed in the city at the same time. According to Governor Igor Orlov, the creation of the centers will add to sales and processing of local products.
To remind you, the agreement on the implementation of the investment project was achieved at the Sochi International Forum.
