In Komsomolsk-on-Amur, investigators have opened a criminal case against the deputy head of the city administration, Valentin Omelchenko.
As the local media reported today, the official is suspected of forgery during the construction of a sports gym at high school №45 and the “Amur” swimming pool.
These objects have been recently put into operation. The violations, revealed at the implementation of the state program, have led to criminal proceedings on the matter of forgery.
The official has signed an undertaking not to leave his place of residence. To remind you, Valentin Omelchenko was appointed deputy head of Komsomolsk-on-Amur in April, 2015. Before that, he held the position of Deputy Minister of Construction in the Khabarovsk region.
