The RF Vice-Premier, Arkady Dvorkovich, has invited Chinese investors to take part in the construction of the high-speed railway from Samara to Togliatti.
As RIA Novosti reports, Arkady Dvorkovich met with representatives from the Chinese national railway company participating in the designing of the Moscow – Kazan HSR.
The parties discussed the project’s implementation and their prospective plans. In particular, the construction of the HSR between Samara and Togliatti via “Kurumoch” airport is being discussed.
Chinese investors are also interested in the construction of ports in the Far East. Foreign investors may take part in the projects on a PPP basis.
