The city council of the Moscow region has approved the construction of the largest retail park in the Ramensky district, worth 1.5 bln roubles.
Big hypermarkets selling food, DIY products, household appliances and electronic will be erected on a 16 hectare site in the Chulkovskoye rural settlement, the press office of the deputy head of the regional government, German Yelyanyushkin, told Construction.ru.
Besides this, over 1,000 jobs will be created at the retail cluster. According to the project, three trade complexes with an area of 34,000 m2 and a parking lot for 1,730 cars will be located there. Investment in the project will exceed 1.5 bln roubles.
3 km from the retail park, a location for the manufacture of domestic and foreign industrial enterprises, construction materials and engineering equipment will be established.
