The “Rosneft” oil company has announced a tender for the construction design of the new multi-functional CSKA center.
According to the tender documentation published on Tuesday on the public purchase website, the project development is estimated at 968m roubles.
Claimants can submit their bids up until to the 2nd of June, and the results will be announced by the 5th of August 2016.
The new complex is to be erected on the territory of the Mnevniky flood basin located in the north-west of Moscow. It will include an ice arena for 20,000 spectators, replacing the CSKA sports complex on Leningradsky Prospect, which can hold just 5,600 spectators.
A multi-functional hockey pitch with changeable dimensions, tribunes, skyboxes, two hockey pitches for training, a fitness center with a swimming pool and a sauna, office premise, a small hotel with 100-200 beds, a underground parking lot and a press center are planned to be built there.
