The Moscow authorities have offered Arab investors the chance to engage in transfer hub projects as strategic partners.
This is what the Moscow Committee for Investment Construction Projects told Constrcution.ru on Tuesday.
Urban developing documentation for transfer hub construction in Moscow has been worked out, which makes the projects attractive to investors, the Committee’s president, Konstantin Timofeev, said at a meeting with representatives of an investment and development company from the UAE, Eagle Hills Properties.
The company is interested in expanding its investment activities in Moscow. First of all, the investor has shown interest in the most in-demand projects.
Moscow authorities have handed over the documentation on the transfer hub construction to their Arab partners for further examination.
