The authorities of Saint Petersburg have approved an investment project for the construction of warehouse complexes, to be located in Maryino and Kronstadt. The project is estimated at 3.6 bln roubles.
The project was considered the previous day at a session of the Investment Council, the press office of the local administration told Construction.ru on Tuesday.
A warehouse complex with an area of 20,000 m2 will be built in Maryino and a similar facility, but with an area of 40,000 m2, in Kronstadt. The project, which has received the status of ‘strategic’, also involves the construction of a 12,000 m2 distribution center in Kronstadt.
