“Khimky Group” developing company, owned by Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov, plans to build a large residential compound in the Izmalkovo village, located near the Moscow suburban town of Odintsovo.
According to “Vedomosti” newspaper, the total area of the developing will amount to 394,000 sq.m, 216 sq.m of which account for the residential buildings and the rest – for the infrastructure facilities.
The project envisages construction of a school, nursery school, a health center and other objects. The start of the construction is scheduled for the second quarter of 2017, the commissioning time – for 2022.
Experts assesses the cost of the construction work of the residential compound at approximately 20 bln roubles. The real amount is still confidential.
