Andrey Yakunin, a son of the former Head of the Russian Railways, plans to sell a chain of nine hotels to JSC Inturist, belonging to JSFC Sistema of Vladimir Evtushenkov.
As Vedomosti newspaper reports on Monday, the price of the contract hasn’t been determined yet and is negotiated at the level of $100 m.
As soon as the assessment of the chain’s facilities is made, the sum might change.
A chain of nine hotels in the cities of Moscow, Sochi, Yaroslavl, Izhevsk, Astrakhan, Kazan, Voronezh, Novosibirsk and Volgograd are for sale. Seven hotels more are under construction now.
At present, the parties don’t reveal the details of a potential deal.
