Moscow “Zaryadye” park with a conservatory on its area will be fully operational by 2018, its first phase is scheduled to be put into operation as early as 2017.
This is what a Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban construction policy and construction, Marat Khusnullin, told on Tuesday at a session of the Moscow Government Bureau.
The most modern park with a total area of 130,000 sq.m is designed to accept 12 m people annually. Its construction site is located on the place of the demolished Europe’s largest hotel “Rossiya”.
Landscape and architectural concept of the park has been developed by a consortium led by US architecture bureau, Diller Scofidio + Renfro. The project is estimated at 13,3 bln roubles.
