Russia invites Portugal to participate in international tenders for the construction of highways and transport infrastructure, Head of the Russian Emergency Ministry, Vladimir Puchkov, told reporters on Wednesday in Lisbon.
The high-ranked official heads Russian delegation at the intergovernmental committee in the capital city of Portugal.
“Russian party invites the Portuguese colleagues to take part in public international tenders for the right to implement the investment projects in the field of road construction on the territory of Russia”, - he said.
Vladimir Puchkov explained that that also involved other construction projects realized in Russia.
In addition, Vladimir Puchkov indicated its interest in negotiations on the reduction of international communication tariffs, as well as mutual assistance in customs matters.
