The second phase of “Zhigulyovskaya Dolina” technopark soon will be built in the Russian monotown of Tolyatti. A total amount of investments into the project is 877 m roubles ($13,5 m).
This is what the press office of the government of the Samaras region told Construction.RU on Wednesday. Monotown Development Fund will finance 95% of expenditure on the construction works at the sites of a new investment project.
“Zhigulyovskaya Dolina-2” will be erected on the land plot with a total area of 27,500 sq.m, in the vicinity of the existing one. Mostly there will be industrial bulks.
According to the schedule, the project implementation will start early in 2017, following the preparation of design documents. “Zhigulyovskaya Dolina-1”, which hosts business center and laboratories, opened in Tolyatti late in 2014.
