On the 20th of July, 2016, Shandong High-Speed, a Chinese investment group, and Russian Highways (Avtodor) state corporation signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of the highways construction in Russia.
The Central Ring Road and M-4 “Don” federal motorway might become the key projects for cooperation between the companies, the Avtodor representative told Construction.RU on Wednesday.
Thus, the Chinese company might enter the joint stock capital of Russian infrastructure projects.
At present, the construction cost of the third section of the Central Ring Road is estimated at 76 bln roubles, the Chinese portion might amount to 25-31%. Also, Shandong Hi-Speed Group will participate in the construction works.
