The price of the most expensive offer on the Moscow regional market of wooden houses totals $15 m (approximately 1,1 bln roubles), according to Penny Lane Realty, Interfax reports. Experts indicate that this is a public offering.
According to the company’s data, 14% of offers from a total number of trophy wooden houses accounts for the objects to the value of 15 – 30 m roubles. The data base of Penny Lane Realty mostly contains objects at the price of 30 – 60 m roubles (35,5%). Approximately the equal shares account for the price segments of 60 – 120 and 120 – 250 m roubles (23 and 22% correspondingly).
Houses with an area of 300 – 450 square meters are of the most demand, they account for 38% of offers.
