On the 2nd of August, within the framework of the Eastern Economic Forum, a special investment contract between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and a joint enterprise of Japanese Mazda and Russia PJSC “Sollers” is scheduled to be signed.
This document defines conditions of construction in Russia of a plant with a capacity of 50,000 automobile engines annually, the Minister, Denis Manturov, told reporters during his visit to the facility. The main products of this enterprise are intended for export.
The works at the construction site of the facility in the city of Vladivostok are scheduled to be completed until the year 2023.
