Specialists from Nikken Sekkei, a Japanese company, might be engaged in the design engineering of one of Moscow’s major transfer hub, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Construction Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin told reporters on Monday.

“We consider a possibility of building a number of major transfer hubs uniting lines of Moscow central ring, radial lines of railways and metro. This is a complicated task in terms of design and technologies,” noted Marat Khusnullin.

The official indicated that experts from Nikken Sekkei, a Japanese project institute, might be involved in the process of design engineering of one of Moscow’s major transfer hub, “Petrovsko-Razhumovskaya”.

“This institute has already developed a project of “Botanichesky Sad” transfer hub. They also have an extended experience in design engineering and construction of transfer hubs all around the world,” stressed the Deputy Mayor.
