Moscow puts out to tender seven land plots for new construction

Moscow Urban Planning and Land Commission agreed to put out to tender seven plots of land in different districts of Russia’s capital city for the purpose to construct there new objects, Moscow Committee for Construction Investment Projects Implementation and Co-Funding Construction Control announced on Thursday.




In particular, building a sports complex with an area of 5680 square meters has been scheduled on a 0,28 hectare plot of land at the address of Pogonny Bypass, opposite to a building number 11. At present, a surface parking occupies this territory.

Other plots of land are situated at the following addresses: Miklukho-Maklaya Street, building 25, and a land plot №2 located in the Southwestern District of Moscow; Nasosnaya Street in the Western District of Moscow and Kiyevsky village. A number of facilities are planned to be constructed at a several addressed in the Yuzhnoye Butovo district.
