Since today, the Housing Mortgage Lending Agency (HMLA) has decreased the mortgage loan rate by 0.25%.
As Construction.RU was told by the Agency’s press office, depending on the initial payment volume the rates have been decreased to 10.75 – 11.25% annually.

Multi-child families and those who buy housing in the Far-Eastern Administrative Area, as well as people buying housing within the “Housing for a Russian Family” program may formalize the mortgage loan at 10.5%.
Within the “Buying ready housing” and “Buying a flat at the stage of construction” programs one may buy a flat without state subsidizing at 12 %. Participants of the “Social-oriented mortgage loan” subprogram of the Moscow region, may borrow HMLA’s mortgage loan at 11.75%.
HMLA’s mortgage loan with decreased rates may be registered until the end of 2016. “Military mortgage loan” rate stays the same – 11.5%.
