Moscow City Architecture Committee adopted the project of the re4sidential sky-scrapers construction near Moscow-City and Shelepikhinskaya embankment.
As Construction.Ru was told by the Committee’s press office, the project includes the construction of a high-rise residential complex with the total area of 144,000 square meters. It will be located on the territory of the former industrial zone in Mukomolny drive, 6 and Shmidtovsky drive, 39.
The large complex includes 3 buildings, two of which will share a common podium and combine 11 various-storey sections from 5 to 53 storeys high. The third building will be located separately in the southern part of the land plot and will consist of two residential sections and a sports complex.
Facades of each building will be of unique style to create the impression of a traditional city space combining different structures.
The complex will include a nursery school for 130 children, a parking area, offices, a drug store, shops and cafes. The project implementation will cost 8.1 bln roubles.
