The authorities of the Moscow region have approved a reconstruction project for a military townlet located in Ogudnevskoye rural settlement of the Shchelkovskoye district.
As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the regional Deputy Head of the government, German Yelyanyushkin, 14 multi-apartment houses, a nursery school, a health center, multilevel car-parks, a modern boiler-house, an office and trade center are planned to be erected on the place of the military townlet.
Redevelopment area will amount to 14 hectares. On the place of 23 shabby residential buildings there will be comfortable housing for 62,000 square meters, a business center for 5,800 square meters and a shopping mall with an area of 4,100 square meters.
As a reference, the military townlet in Ogudnevskoye rural settlement was built at the beginning of 1950s.
