ASK Hotel company, a subsidiary of Atomstroikomplex, caused a 954 million-roubles damage to the project’s investors, when selling in December 2015 an uncompleted skyscraper in the Russian city of Yekaterinburg, a managing partner of “Chastnoye Provo” law firm, Maxim Kolesnikov, told Interfax on Tuesday.

Mr Kolesnikov specified that uncompleted construction and a plot of land used as a construction site had been sold at the time, when GoodRent was at suit with ASK Hotel demanding repayment of 204 million roubles.

“The object was transferred to MFK, which had been registered a month before the deal was concluded and represents a company with a participant and director, Ivan Karlov, who is an employee of legal department at Atomstroikomplex. From this perspective, we concluded that ASK Hotel handed over this asset to its parent company, without considering our rights and interests,” he said.
