ZENDEN Group acquired Mascotte shoes company, what will allow the holding to increase its retail network by 36%, from 258 up to 351 shops on the territory of Russia, the company’s press office told Interfax news agency.
By 2020, ZENDEN Group plans to expand its business fivefold and to achieve proceeds of 100 billion roubles.
“We will be able to experience a positive effect from integration of a new business into the Group as early as at the beginning of the next year,” the founder of ZENDEN Group Andrey Pavlov said.
As a reference, ZENDEN Group is a Russian diversified industrial holding of federal significance. A retail network of 258 brand shops in 108 cities of Russia, as well as shopping centers, are under the Group’s control.
