A total amount of investments made in the restoration and reconstruction of Courtyard Sheremetyevskoe situated on Nikolskaya Street in the center of Moscow amounted to approximately $50 million, a director general of Vesper, Boris Azarenko told reporters on Tuesday.
“We acquired this building located on Nikolskaya Street in late 2012 and it was in dire state. At present, all restoration and construction activities have been completed. Today, it houses 41 residential with a residential space of about 6,500 square meters,” Boris Azarenko said.
He noted that a total area of the building amounted to about 11,000 square meters.
“Retail outlets are located on the ground floor of the facility,” Mr. Azarenko indicated. He added that a robotized parking for 29 cars is in the building’s basement.
