On Friday, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered to sign a protocol to the agreement on deployment of Russian aircrafts in Syria. The corresponding document was published today on Kremlin’s official website.
The protocol regulates the deployment of Russian aviation group, its movable and immovable property on the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, as well as issues relating to its functioning.
Apart from that, the protocol stipulates the status of the Russian aviation group’s personnel, members of their families, as well as the relevant authorities on the part of Russia.
