Subsidies in amount of 925 million rubles ($15 million) to be allocated from the federal budget for the construction of “Kvantorium” science parks for children.
The funds will be distributed among 17 regions of Russia in 2017, the press office of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives announced on Wednesday.
“On the 27th of December, in accordance with the protocol of a session of the Russian Education Ministry’s commission for competitive selection, the subjects of the Russian Federation have been announced that will receive subsidies from the federal budget in the amount of 925 million rubles with the aim to create children’s science parks,” the message reads.
