The authorities of the Krasnoyarsk region, located in the Siberian Federal District of Russia, will consider a proposal of sale of 49% stake owned by the region in Yemelyanovo airport, the regional Governor, Viktor Tolokonsky, said at an operational meeting on Tuesday.
The facility is the main regional air hub of an international category.
“The regional government jointly with the relative committee of the legislature will elaborate the company’s offer request for the right to buy out 49% stake from us,” said Viktor Tolokonsky.
However, he didn’t name the company in question and added that 49% stake is not as attractive, as 51% one that had been sold earlier.
