In 2017 a tender is to be held for designing and construction of a network consisting of 7 ambulatory-care clinics totaling 8.3 bln roubles ($139.3m) in the city of Novosibirsk.
As the regional governor, Vladimir Gorodetsky, has told journalists today, the construction will start in Novosibirsk in the end of 2017.

The cost of the project is evaluated as much as 8.3 bln roubles ($139.3m). It will be 20-25% financed from the budget, 15% - by a concessioner, and the rest will be provided by a bank credit.
The expenses will be paid back via budget payments and additional commercial services.
