The head of the Tambov region, Alexander Nikitin, and founder of BOXMARK Leather GmbH, Robert Schmidt, discussed today prospects of implementation of an investment project for the tannery construction in the region.
First Deputy Head of the Tambov regional administration, Alexander Ganov, also attended the event.
The parties discussed, in particular, possible sites for location of leather manufacture. We should remind you that in August, 2016, the regional administration and BOXMARK Leather GmbH signed a memorandum of intentions of cooperation to implement an investment project of the tannery construction on the territory of the Tambov region.
The Interdepartmental Council for Investment Policy has assigned to the project a priority status for the regional economy.
