The Mirotel 4-star hotel has been put in operation in the Russian city of Novosibirsk.
As the regional press office has told Construction.RU today, the local developing company, “Sideko” spent 800m roubles (about $14m) on the construction work and the equipment of the hotel. There 111 apartments in the hotel. There are standard rooms, eight senior suites and three luxury apartments. One standard room is equipped for people with reduced capabilities.
Besides, the hotel includes two conference halls for 120 people each, a fitness-centre, two restaurants, a night club, a bar and a beauty parlour. Actually, it is a new multifunctional centre.
