The company also signed a 10-year contract on potato shipping to McDonald's chain, TASS reports.

The “Belaya Dacha” holding is going to fully replace the import of potatoes to Russia on putting in operation a plant in the Lipetsk special economic zone.

According to Victor Semenov, Chairman of the company’s supervisory board, the plant for €120m is being constructed together with Dutch Lamb Weston company and will be put in operation by 2018. Following him, the plant will achieve its designed capacity in a year or two, and will become the leader in Russia. Only the first stage, Semenov is sure, will provide for 100% chips import replacement over Russia.

The construction of the plant, according to Semenov, is ahead of the schedule. The company reserved additional territory in the Lipetsk SEZ for the second and third stages of construction. So the production has a good export potential.

To remind you, the “Belaya Dacha” GC develops business in several directions: agriculture, development and commercial realty construction.
