Kempinski hotel group has signed an agreement with Grupo de Turismo Gaviota SA which will manage the new 5-star luxury hotel opening in Habana in the second quarter of 2017.
According to the company’s press release, the hotel will be situated in the Manzana de Gómez building in the historical centre of Habana (Cuba), which is in the UNESCO World Heritage list.
The Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski La Habana will consist of 246 apartments with the area of 40-150 square meters. The “presidential” luxury apartment will have 4-5-meter-high ceilings.
A terrace and a swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel will provide a beautiful sight of the old city. The hotel will include a spa-centre, three restaurants, a lobby-bar, a business centre, etc.
The Kempinsky hotel group unites 80 5-star hotels in 30 countries of the world including Russia.
