Board of Directors of Gazprom, a Russian oil giant, approved acquisition of Nord Stream 2 supplement shares in amount of 1,425 billion euro, the company’s documents say.
According to the documentation, on the basis of a market price, 71,250 supplement registered shares of Nord Stream 2 acquired by Gazprom PJSC should total 1,425 billion euro.
The shares are issued in connection with an increase in Nord Stream 2 authorized capital, at a price of 20,000 euro per share. The payment must be made over the period of the year 2017.
At the same time, the stake of Gazprom in Nord Stream 2 authorized capital still accounts to 100%.
