Rosneft, a Russian integrated oil corporation, has addressed in Moscow Arbitration court with the statement of withdrawing an action against Transneft on the subject of defining the terms of a contract on rendering of oil transportation services in 2017, a source in the court told Interfax news agency.
According to the source’s information, the action dismissal was filed to the court in connection with the extrajudicial settlement of the dispute between Transneft and Rosneft. Both companies decline to comment this information.
As it was reported earlier, in late 2016, Rosneft filed a claim against Transneft on the issue of concluding a contract for oil transportation in 2017. The hearing was scheduled for March 3.
