In 2018, Crocus Group, a Russian holding specialized in construction and operation of exhibition and commercial real estate, plans to build a residential skyscraper in the Moscow suburb of Krasnogorsk.

A total area of the facility will amount to 115 thousand square meters, the company’s president Araz Agalarov, said in an interview with RIA Novosti. “We will probably start developing housing next year”, – he noted.

Agalarov said that this was one of the residential towers envisaged by the “Crocus City” project.

“In the best traditions of Crocus, its substructure will house whatever one could imagine starting with nursery schools, swimming pools, restaurants, bakeries, dry cleaner’s and barbershop. It is three floors with an area of between 15,000 and 20,000 square meters”, – he said.
