The Moscow City Architecture Committee approved a project of residential development in the city’s area of Airport, that was acquired by PEAK corporation in 2016, according to the statement released by the Committee.
The housing complex, located at the address: of Chernyakhovsky Street, 19 and Bolshoi Koptevsky bypass, 16, will consist of three buildings of between12 to 22 storeys and an attached two-storey building housing a sports center.
A total area of residential buildings will amount to about 140,000 square meters. The complex is scheduled to be built by 2019, the statement says.
The building will have a rectangular shape, while the visual variety of the architectural solutions will be achieved through the use of different shades of brick in cladding.
